Xanthorea and a stormy sky lens baby baby!

On of the most noticeable features of the Western Australian bush is the Xanthorea or grass tree also called a black boy because of its black burnt trunk. This is a Xanthorea flower spike which they seem to shoot out every few years much to the delight of every nectar loving creature.
